Delegate Comstock on Northrop Grumman Moving to Nothern Virginia
McLean, VA - Governor McDonnell announced this week that Northrop Grumman will be moving its headquarters from Los Angeles to Northern Virginia. Â Delegate Barbara Comstock issued the following statement:
"I am extremely pleased that Northern Virginia was able to attract Northrop Grumman's corporate headquarters and bring another 300 high paying jobs to the Commonwealth," said Delegate Comstock. Â "With our strong, pro-busisness, high quality-of-life environment, Virginia continues to provide decisive advantages over our neighbors. Â In the General Assembly, we worked on a bipartisan basis with the Governor this session, to enhance the incentives to attract Northrop Grumman and other job creating companies. Â I look forward to continuing upon this success in the General Assembly and as a member of the Governor's Commission on Economic Development and Job Creation."
