The 2011 General Assembly session begins today. I look forward to continuing to represent you and to work on issues important to the 34th district. I will keep you updated on what we are working on throughout the session. I will be back in McLean this weekend holding a Town Hall meeting at the McLean Community Center at 10:00a.m. I hope you can join us this Saturday or on January 29th in Great Falls.

- Saturday, January 15Â - Town Hall Meeting at 10:00a.m. at the McLean Community Center with State Senator Janet Howell and Delegate Jim Scott
- Saturday, January 29Â - Great Falls Town Hall Meeting at 10:00a.m. at the Grange in Great Falls.

Appointed to Majority Whip Team
This week I was appointed to the majority leadership team. In this position I can continue to work on our agenda to encourage job creation, and improve our roads and schools, while crafting the common sense solutions voters sent us to Richmond to deliver while facing these challenging economic times. Â
